Depresso House
Had my last coffee at Espresso House. Ever. Last time I visited Espresso House, in Stockholm City, l lost my backpack at my feet. Usually I am extremely careful with my belongings and I have never lost anything on my journeys abroad. Nevertheless, the backpack was gone.
At the desk the Espresso House staff said that robberies are extremely frequent at their place and “we are afraid it happens all the time” and there is nothing they can do about it. If it is that bad, Espresso House should set up warning signs and consider surveillance cameras. If Espresso House doesn’t want to be associated with structured criminality, that is. However, I don’t want to be associated with Espresso House ever and I recommend everybody warmly to do likewise.

Depresso House
Nu har jag tagit min sista fika på Espresso House. Ever. Sist jag var där, i centrala Stockholm, försvann ryggsäcken jag hade vid mina fötter. Jag är vanligtvis mycket noggrann med att hålla koll på mina tillhörigheter och har aldrig på mina resor utomlands blivit av med något. Nu var väskan likväl borta.
I kassan säger Espresso Houses personal att stölder är väldigt vanliga hos dem, “det händer tyvärr hela tiden” och är inget de kan göra något åt. Är det så illa, borde Espresso House varna sina kunder för stölder och överväga övervakningskameror. Om inte Espresso House vill förknippas med systematisk kriminalitet, förstås. Jag vill i alla fall aldrig mer förknippas med Espresso House och rekommenderar alla varmt att sluta gå dit.
